Get up. Go Slow. Keep Moving.

For one reason or another, sometimes we get stuck in a rut and can't get ourselves exercising again. Then comes the downward spiral. The energy slowly begins to fade, the pounds sneak on, and before you know it - we just don't care anymore.

That's why I like the title of this article I found: How to get the exercise ball rolling when it's gone flat. Actually, my exercise ball went flat because the cats thought it was a bouncy toy. But that's another story. Smile

How do you get motivated to get out of bed in the morning to exercise when you are tired?  I think the answer to this question has a lot to do with the positive feelings that come along with consistent exercise.
