Do you know everything you need to about exercise and pregnancy?

Came across this a short bit ago.  We all probably know of someone who doesn’t really use their head after they become pregnant and want to continue exercising the same as they did before.

We feel a sudden surge of panic wondering what’s happening to the baby while mom is jumping up and down, running, or whatever she does to stay in shape.

This article is not only good for the one pregnant, but also a good one for the friends and family members who want to strap her to a chair and say kick back for awhile.   Smile
