Skin care, the main focus is the face...

Have you ever noticed how when it comes to skin care the main focus is the face? What about the rest of our body?

I came across a post this morning that was on to the same thing. The post basically says we let the rest of our body take care of itself since "it is not seen by the world outside."

Truth is, it doesn't matter whether it's seen or not, every part of our body needs to be nourished with oils of some sort.

The post suggests nourishing it with oils at least once a week.

I've found doing it three times a week with Skin So Soft has really made an improvement in my skin. No more itching and scratching and my legs don't have that flakey cracked look anymore.

Anyway, to read more click the link below!

Hi

Just wanted to say thanks for leaving a comment on my blog "Physical Therapy Exercises"

I live in a small apartment in a small town on a beautiful island paradise.

I had 7 cats but had to move them out as they became just a bit too much foe me. The last one went to live with friends when I had my stroke six years ago.

Evil Edna, that's funny mine was "Evil Bev". We got along really well and she took me from an unconscious body on a tilt bed to walking short distances with a cane.

Like your videos keep up the great work....tc

Smiles :o)

Evil Edna and I got along great too. She was fun, despite trying to maim me for life. LOL

Lots of cats can be a bit much sometimes. In fact, as I'm writing, one is behind me waiting to have a wound cleaned out and given her antibiotics. I feel like doctor doolittle. :]

thanks for stopping by! See ya on the twitter!
